Baby Gigi Bell

Baby Gigi, “Angel Baby” & “Sweet Pea”, crossed the Rainbow Bridge on Thursday, January 4, 2024. She was born as a Manchester Terrier/Chihuahua mix on December 11, 1915.

As Baby Gigi rescued me on April 13, 2023 I have many treasured memories in the short time I was privileged to be her best friend since that special day.

My good friend, Donna Bass and I enjoyed many road trips traveling from Fountain Hills, AZ to Gulf Shores, AL.  with Baby Gigi in tow.  Also, Baby Gigi looked forward to daily walks in River Road Park. She was so comforting when I was not feeling well for several days this past June, staying by my side for hours, as well as sleeping by my side every night. Baby Gigi is truly a beautiful little girl and is greatly missed.

Baby Gigi was taken to a dog pound in Phoenix, AZ.  My friend, Suzanne Bernell-Lilla, sent me a picture of her. She was without a name, collar, or chip. The pound gave her the name Gigi, which ironically was my last girl’s name. She was to have been euthanized April 19, 2023, which was my dad’s birthday, so without a doubt, I knew she was meant for me!!

You are forever loved dear Baby Gigi.
